Curo Filtered Shower Head

We offer a 60 day money-back guarantee on all shower head purchases if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

 

To be eligible for a refund, the shower head must be free from physical damage caused by drops or improper use. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm approval via email.

 

For international returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

 

Our 60-day free return policy applies only to fully paid orders. If payment has not been made in full within the trial period, returns will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be processed.

 

All Other Products

For all other items, we offer a 30-day return period from the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To request a return, email us at hello@curoskin.co.uk with your order number. Once received, we’ll confirm delivery and process your refund.

 

Products Purchased Through Other Retailers

We can only accept returns for purchases made on curoskin.co.uk. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.

 

Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and typically process within 5 working days (though often sooner).

We will always try our best to ship orders on the same day if ordered before 2pm, however during busy periods, orders may take up to 1-2 business days to process. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. 

 

UK Orders

Shipping Method: Royal Mail 24 Tracked (standard for all UK orders).

 

International Orders

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. 
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the courier’s website.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a delivery issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Attach photos of any damage, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
