To keep this policy fair for everyone, our guarantee is intended for genuine first-time customers. Repeat ordering and returning of the same product falls outside of our returns policy and may not be accepted. Customers who abuse the 60-day return period by continuously reordering will not be eligible for a second return or refund under the 60 day guarantee.

All Other Products

For all other items, we offer a 30 day return period from the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage will be deducted from your refund amount.

To request a return, please visit your account portal and request a return. Once your item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

We can only accept returns for purchases made on curoskin.co.uk. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.
