Repeat ordering and returning of the same product falls outside of our returns policy and may not be accepted. Customers who repeatedly reorder to take advantage of the 60-day trial will not be eligible for further refunds under this guarantee.

All Other Products

For all other items, we offer a 30 day return period from the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage will be deducted from your refund amount.

Orders That Contain Gifted Items

If your order included a free gift as part of a promotional offer, the gifted item must also be returned if the qualifying spend is no longer met after the return.

For example, if you received a free Vanity Case for spending £100 and later return items that reduce the order value below £100, the Vanity Case must be returned in a resalable condition. If the free gift is not returned, we may deduct the value of the gift from your refund or decline the refund.
