Shipping
At Curo Skin, we are committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
Processing Time
We will always try our best to ship orders as quick as we can, however during busy periods, orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We use Royal Mail 48 service for all UK orders. Shipping rates are as follows:
- Free Shipping (UK): Orders over £30 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping (UK): £3.99.
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days. For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via Royal Mail's website.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if there’s any issue with delivery, please contact us at hello@curoskin.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to all main countries. If your country isn't available, please contact us via the Live Chat. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will also be responsible for covering any return postage fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Curo Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend ensuring a safe delivery address to avoid any issues.
